I’m Cristina, a qualified 200-hour Yoga Teacher, mum to two young boys, ex-workaholic and recovering perfectionist.
I’ve always been an active person — the kind who thrived on movement and intensity. Football, running, volleyball… you name it. Yoga wasn’t something I ever thought would capture my attention. But life has a way of guiding us to what we need most — often when we least expect it.
During one of the most challenging periods of my life, yoga found me. What drew me in was the calm — the slowing down, the breathing, the simple act of being present. The physical side was just a bonus. What I truly needed then was stillness, softness, and a space to feel again. That’s how restorative yoga and meditation entered my life and became a regular practice.
This was a turning point for me. I’d always been driven by doing — chasing goals, ticking boxes, striving for more.
Yoga invited me to shift from doing to being; from pushing to listening.
Eventually, that deep transformation led me to complete my Yoga Teacher Training — an experience that opened my heart and changed the course of my life.
Through yoga, I found healing, self-reflection, strength, and joy — and now, it feels like my purpose to share this practice with others. My classes bring together movement, breath, and mindfulness to help women feel grounded, strong, and re-energised — not just on the mat, but in life.
