Yoga is for everyone.
Many people believe that you need to be flexible or slim to practice yoga — but this couldn’t be further from the truth.

It’s a safe, calm, and supportive environment where people can make mistakes, explore, find their own rhythm, and most importantly, enjoy themselves.
“Cris’s way of teaching is sublime. First time I’ve actually enjoyed Yoga and got the point of it.”
An uplifting class that blends strength, breath and mindful movement to help you feel energised and centred.
Expect a harmonious mix of dynamic flow, inner stillness and traditional practices such as pranayama and meditation — inspired by my teacher, Camila Reitz.
A space to reset the body and mind and calm the nervous system.

People from all walks of like come together to sing, meditate, and sometimes join in with shakers, clapping, sometimes even dancing. There are no expectations.
Most people find it a great way to calm the mind, to feel supported in a joyful community environment.
